How do I connect Hirevex to my ATS?
Navigate to Settings → Integrations, select your ATS provider, and authorize the connection. Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday sync automatically within minutes. Full candidate history is imported and kept in sync in real time.
Which ATS and HRIS platforms are supported?
Native integrations include Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, and Jobvite. Slack, Notion, Salesforce, and Google Calendar are also natively supported. Custom webhooks and REST API endpoints are available for internal systems.
How does AI scoring work? Can I customize the weights?
Hirevex builds a scoring model from your job description, must-have qualifications, and optional preferences. Admins can adjust weight given to skills, experience, location, and culture signals per role. The model learns from your hire/reject decisions to improve over time.
How does Hirevex handle bias and fair hiring compliance?
Demographic signals are excluded from scoring by default. Every ranking decision is logged with structured reasoning — auditable for EEOC and similar compliance requirements. Admins can run blind review mode where recruiters see scores before names.
How do I export or delete candidate data?
Admins can bulk-export via API or the dashboard. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Candidates can request their own data or deletion directly via the candidate portal link included in outreach emails.
